Animex 2012
Each year the University of Teesside holds the Animex Festival of Games & Animation. It's an event which offers those in attendence the opportunity to meet people from those respective industries and they can attend lectures or workshops which offer advice and tips in making it in the industry. For anyone wanting to get into either industry it is a fantastic event to attend and well worth the money.
Being from Teesside and a graduate of the University I decided to attent this year and was even able to interview a few of the guests. The article itself has been split into two parts the report of the event itself and then the interviews. Enjoy.
Dark Souls Game Guide
Dark Souls along with its 'prequel' Demons Souls stands as one of the toughest games on this generation of consoles. Death is usually always around the corner in the title and thanks to the lack of direction players are given, the toughness of the enemies and bosses and system tough punishments for death it can put a few players off
